A granite bed of flowers lies in the centre of the composition, surrounded by five vertical steel \u201cblades\u201d&#8211; symbolizing Bulgaria\u2019s five wars for national unification. Each blade is inscribed with the names of fallen soldiers from the Plovdiv region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a
