Because of its location between the city centre of Plovdiv and the Leisure and Culture park, the proposed new Retail Park West needs to be well integrated within the pedestrian network of the surrounding areas. The resulting urban fabric is of unique character in the environment of Plovdiv: a commercial format of “retail park”, actually dominated by green landscaping and accessible pedestrian spaces.
