Secluded within a lush green cul-de-sac in Chennai’s dense urban fabric, this high-end condominium building establishes a meaningful connection to the external landscape. It employs passive design strategies to mitigate the impact of the local climate. Wherever possible, floor-to-ceiling glazing is used, thereby reinforcing the spatial and visual link to the surrounding tropical vegetation. Facades subject to higher solar gain are protected by an outer layer of operable screens, to prevent overheating during periods of intense insolation.
